Kitchen Equipment
Induction stove top, electric oven, exhaust rangehood, dishwasher and ss sink are all Franke Products carrying a 5 year warranty. They are designed and manufactured in Switzerland. We recommend their reliability and performance. A safety switch is installed to isolate the induction cooktop in the event of any malfunction. The Franke single sink is complimented with timber chopping board, ss basket, ss extension drainer and ss ‘rollamat’.

Kitchen Cabinetry
The kitchen cabinetry has been designed and manufactured by Cantilever Interiors of Melbourne. Laminated surfaces are extremely practical with the added touch of warm wood shelving inserts. Cantilever trademark pantry drawers, pot cupboards and LED benchtop lights are included.

General Cabinetry
The laundry and robe cabinetry has been manufactured and installed by A.G Kitchens, Chewton.

Bathroom Fittings
Shower and basin fittings supplied by Fienza in ‘Urban Brass’ with Kitchen mixer supplied by Fienza in gunmetal grey.

Floor Coverings
All the living areas are laid with super grade American Oak boards sealed with an acrylic product in a satin finish. Balcony & Bathrooms are fully tiled with Spanish porcelain stone-faced tiles. Airconditioning
Two reverse cycle Mitsubishi Industries air conditioning units are installed, a 5.5KW unit in the upper master bedroom, an 8KW unit in the lower living/ dining /kitchen areas. The placement of the windows provides a natural thermal chimney for breeze to naturally cool or warm the rooms.

Windows, balustrades
All the windows and sliding doors (excluding the two heritage windows) are double glazed powder coated aluminum units manufactured by Rylock, Melbourne. The balcony and walkway balustrades are all finished powder coated steel for low maintenance and durability.
